Secret Sunrise Durban is a silent guided dance community holding sessions in and around Durban. We aim to bring together people of all backgrounds, cultures and lifestyles to connect in movement and joy!

Come join us for a yoga or dance session around sunrise and sunset. We are so fortunate to have such beautiful beaches and sunrises in Durban… what better way to celebrate the outdoors than with Secret Sunrise?

It is such a privilege to be able to meet so many interesting Durbanites and to dance alongside them while they are learning to let go and to be free. We hope to see you at a session soon!
