Secret Sunrise Johannesburg is a silent guided dance community holding sessions in and around Johannesburg and Pretoria. We often find ourselves caught in the roller coaster of daily life… sometimes we need to reconnect with ourselves and each other. Secret Sunrise aims to do exactly that!

Our trained facilitators guide you through songs that encompass mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, playfulness & fun and of course… dance! As well as our dance sessions, we have incorporated health and wellness into our offering to bring you Secret Sunrise Fit, a high-intensity guided workout to start off your mornings the right way.
