Deep Secret allows you to experience the joy of a public session and also invites you to go deeper within yourself in a safe and held space.

In a 90 minute session, Laura takes you on a journey within, allowing you to deeply connect with yourself in a gorgeous guided movement meditation, with the option of being blindfolded to start.

If you want the experience of inner transformation and dancing in a more meditative state, or maybe don’t feel comfortable dancing outdoors at sunrise, this would be a great alternative as it is in the dark , still outdoors and has a feeling of privacy.
