This is the foundation course for anyone who wants to facilitate, organize or dive deeper into the joy-filled world of Secret Sunrise.

Join this session for an introductory deep-dive into the JOY-filled world of Secret Sunrise. Whether you love attending events, want to be a Secret Sunrise Facilitator, or want to organise Secret Sunrise events in your region. This training is your first step.

Your facilitators Tracy-Lee Dalton and Emily Jones will take you through the history of Secret Sunrise, what makes the movement so special through a movement filled workshop that will leave you dancing.

Time: 7pm SAST

Cost: $25 USD unless you are already signed up for the upcoming L1 facilitator training, in which case this training costs is covered.

Is Secret Sunrise your newfound happy place? Do you find yourself attending as many sessions as possible and wanting to dance with us weekly? Training sessions are hosted online in the evenings SAST for 2-2.5 hours. The training ends with a practical session on the final day.

• 8th November 2023: 7pm – 9.00pm (SAST) – Training Session 3
• 9th November 2023: 7pm – 9.00pm (SAST) – Training Session 4
• 10th November 2023: 7pm – 10.00pm (SAST) – Training Session 5
• 11th November 2023: 9am – 2pm (SAST)  – Training Practical and Accreditation

.Your Facilitator  – Karen Christian

Karen has been training facilitators since 2020. She embraces the profound connection between movement and self-discovery. As an Intuitive facilitator, she guides participants in exploring their inner and outer worlds through physical somatic movement and guided presencing using the power of the present moment. Music becomes our medium, unlocking the medicine within each participant. With an informal, open-minded approach, Karen creates a safe space for connection and transformation.
