Getting the movement on this winter – Beat the winter blues by moving with us !

Its a new experience where will energize the body!

Our gathering will incorporate basic aerobics, fitness, dance and stretch and whole lotta fun!

Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music and movement.
