Secret Sunrise is a global movement, connecting the world through our united language of music & movement. With over 16 Secret Sunrises in cities across the globe, we continue to grow our community and share the joy!
OUR COMMUNITY WELCOMES EVERYONE
We welcome everyone into our sessions. No matter what your age, gender, preferences, vocation, body size, fitness level or current mindset you are welcome in our community and at any of our sessions.
WIRELESS HEADPHONES ARE PROVIDED
Headsets are handed to you on arrival. Skilled and qualified facilitators guide you through songs that encompass mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, playfulness & fun, movement and dance.

Join us in getting up and out of your comfort zone, moving, dancing, connecting and feeling complete freedom. We inspire genuine connection between people, moving them into their peak state by unleashing each individual's most creative and inspired selves.

We understand that these re-opening times can feel pretty overwhelming, so we wanted to make sure that you feel fully comfortable with this experience. Your safety is our number one priority throughout the session. We can assure you that each Secret City hosting physical sessions will be compliant to the rules and regulations from the local government.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
We offer private Secret Sunrise bookings for events, schools, birthday celebrations or retreats. Wireless headphones are provided for the duration of the session, with facilitators guiding you through the music.
We aim to be as accessible and inclusive to the group as possible. The session can be tailor-made to suit the requirements of your unique event, attendees or space.

Our outreach program aims to uplift and increase emotional wellness through sharing the Secret Sunrise dance and our joy tools in previously disadvantaged communities.
