Welcome to Secret Sunrise Ireland! 🙂

As part of the global Secret Sunrise community, I am excited to bring this unique experience to Cork, Ireland, creating an energized community ready to start their day and share their passions with the world.

Our guided dance sessions celebrate the start of the day, the end of the day, or any time we can get together: grooving, connecting, and letting go to your favorite songs before most people’s day has even begun. Through wireless headphones, you’ll hear our unique playlist and fun instructions to ease you into movement, help you put your judgment aside, and unleash the happiest version of yourself!

You’ll hopefully leave feeling more present than when you arrived. It’s not important to feel any different, only that you enjoy yourself during it. Anything else will be a bonus! So, do you have the courage to say yes to join our movement and start spreading joy? Let’s dance into a better future, one moment at a time!
