Welcome to Secret Sunrise Lowveld!
We are a silent guided dance community holding sessions in and around Lowveld. We as adults sometimes forget that we really need to play… We need to get out of our busy minds and feel the love and joy. Secret Sunrise is a space to dance, unite, be who we want to be. Come join us and groove and celebrate with the rest of the world!
Our trained facilitators guide you through music that encompass mindfulness, meditation, fun and of course… dance! All backgrounds, all types of wonderful humans welcomed… bring the whole family. Our sessions aim to bring people, positivity and nature together.
We have also gone corporate and have private event offerings! We give employees the opportunity to step out of the office role to a human level. Team building, birthdays, year end functions … the session will leave you re-inspired, re-connected and re-energized!

Tasch Cope
This name was given to me by my co-facilitator at our training retreat due to my sensual nature of expressing in dance.
I believe everyone can find himself or herself in music – we all need to reconnect with nature, our fellow humans and our childlike self and what better way to do it through movement! From the moment I did the first dance I knew I found my life passion. I can't wait to share it for as long as possible with the world.
Kerri “Kez” Siri Nam
My reason for being part of the Secret sunrise movement is to share my passion for connection, Joy, Kinship, and freedom of expression. To watch each person blossom as they allow their self limiting beliefs and protective barriers to fall away even if it’s is just for the moment, but to share in such a rhythm of life is a gift and something we all connect with. Dance is a universal language that we need not understand but feel, that connects us all, and ignites a fire in all of us and gets us in touch with the expression of our inner child.
