Joy is at the heart of Secret Sunrise, a global silent guided dance and meditation community. With a mission of celebrating life through music, movement and connection, Secret Sunrise Ohio events are a unique experience each time. We dance at various locations around Ohio, public events are open to all ages. Here, we embrace the freedom to express ourselves, dance like no one’s watching, and greet each new day with positivity and gratitude. Through guided sessions, uplifting music, and the shared energy of our community, we aim to spark joy, foster mindfulness, and celebrate the beauty of life. Secret Sunrise Ohio is a sober event, no substances are needed when we are all infused with joy!

Here is your groover, mover, nature loving facilitator Jill Davis spreading JOY around Ohio.
Secret Sunrise Ohio is hosted by Jill Davis. With a deep love for music, movement, and connection, she ignited Secret Sunrise in Ohio to bring people together in a unique celebration of life and self-expression. With a background in nursing and manual therapy, Jill has seen how movement heals the body and soul. Her new passion and mission is spreading joy in everyday life and through Secret Sunrise Ohio events. Join Jill on this mission of igniting joy by attending an event and unleashing your joy on those around you!
